Disabled People´s International (DPI) is a world
cross-disability, self-help, human rights organizations of persons with disabilities established in 1981. We have been promoting
full-participation and equalization of opportunity of persons with disabilities by delivering "A voice of our own." We hold
special consultative status for the United Nations and have collaborated with many other international agencies as well. Disabled
People´s International Asia-Pacific Region has been playing an important role in the disability movement of Asia-Pacific Region.

The Independent Living Institute
(ILI) is a policy development center specializing in consumer-driven policies for disabled peoples' freedom of choice, self-determination,
self-respect and dignity. Our ultimate goal is to promote disabled people’s personal and political power. Towards this
end we provide information, training materials and develop solutions for services for persons with extensive disabilities
in Sweden and internationally. We are experts in designing and implementing direct payment schemes for personal assistance,
mainstream taxi and assistive technology.

The National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons
(NCWDP) is the national government agency mandated to formulate policies and coordinate the activities of all agencies, whether
public or private, concerning disability issues and concerns. As such, the NCWDP is the lead agency tasked to steer the course
of program development for persons with disabilities and the delivery of services to the sector.
